“Words have the power to both destroy and heal. When words are both true and kind, they can change our world.”
― The Buddha
The content of this blog is strictly the personal intellectual property of the writer (me, no editor) based on my life, experiences, outlooks, and journey to personal peace. There may be some intense moments, some sad moments, and probably some dark moments, too. But the point of this blog is to process trauma, explore thoughts, and maybe help one or two people who read this. My heartfelt note to you is this: you are human, which makes you okay. I hope this blog also dispels some myths holding you back from moving forward into who you are, whether it’s your career, art, or life. The tone of this work will fluctuate because that’s how my brain works, but I hope you find it exciting and engaging. With each memory, mistake, or experience, I will “unpack” what was written in hopes that it brings each section full circle, with a little bit of humor thrown in and probably a few little bunny trails along the way. All names have been reduced to letters to protect those involved in my memories and experiences (it’s a legal thing). I will give a background on these “letters” for you to better understand the context of each situation. Please remember that this blog is not about being mean; it’s about speaking the truth from reality; we should all have a voice.
Since this blog may trigger a few unwanted thoughts or feelings, remember always to seek medical advice and/or care for any challenges that may arise.
So come along with me as we journey through memories, mistakes, and why I like mustard.
